Update on Deliveries: In light of the latest govt. guidelines, varying restrictions in delivery of products have come into effect across multiple locations and deliveries may take longer than normal. The safety of our customers and our associates continues to be our highest priority, and we are currently unable to ship non-essentials in some areas. Please wait for the update if your order is affected due to logistical issues.

Delay in return pickups: The pick-up of your product may be delayed as the different state has different rules and the transit of logistics is affected. Rest assured and do not worry about your return shipment as we will receive them, but with a delay.

COD queries: For your safety & the safety of the delivery agents, we are currently accepting only prepaid methods of payment such as UPI, Netbanking, Debit/Credit Cards, Paytm & more available options for your order.

Short answer, it will take around 4-15 days for you to receive your order.

Like you, we love our planet. And hate wasting its resources! 

That’s why our products like T-shirts, Crop-tops, Hoodies, etc. are printed on-demand, not stocked upfront. Hence it takes us 2-3 days to process and print your order. All products are shipped within 3-7 working days.

On rare occasions, a specific size/colour combination may not be available right away. In that case, kindly allow up to 10 days to refill our inventory before we can print your order.

Once shipped, orders are typically delivered in 1-7 business days in metros, and 4-15 business days for other regions. Delivery time may vary depending upon the shipping address and other factors (public holidays, extreme weather conditions, etc.).

Due to the customized nature of our products, we only accept returns for damaged or defective merchandize. No returns or exchanges otherwise. 

Short answer, you will get a 7 days Return option. We request you to not use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. Please be extra sure to check your T-shirt, etc. size before place the order.

We trust you to use this option only when necessary, to minimise wastage.

Shop NFT Merch ships most items in multiple packages, from different warehouses. Don’t be alarmed if you get just one item. The rest of your order is on the way, we promise.

7 days after receiving the product/s, you will receive the NFT in the wallet address provided by you during the Checkout process. (i.e. after the return period has ended)
