All our products are made to order just for you. Hence, returns are only accepted, in case the product is defective or damaged. We follow due quality control measures to avoid such occurrences.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges on items that have been washed, worn, or appear to have been used/damaged by the customer.
Any defective or damaged merchandise must be reported to our customer service team before returning so we can handle the situation on a case by case basis.
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us for further information on returning if you received an incorrect or damaged order.
In the event you need to return a product, the request has to be made within 7 days of your ORIGINAL delivery date. Once your return shipment reaches our facility, our customer service team will perform quality checks and contact you to confirm the return or exchange.
If a refund is requested, the customer service team member will process the refund for the full amount of the item and any applicable tax back onto the original payment method used to purchase the product.
If an exchange is requested, our customer service team will ship a new product once the damaged product is received and verified at our facility.
The refund/exchange process can take anywhere from 7-14 business days. At any time during that process our customer service team will be there to help answer questions.
If you have received a defective product, send us images at [email protected] and we will get back to you. Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team the refund will be provided either into your bank account or as Shop NFT Merch Vouchers as per your convenience.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping details. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it’s obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled.
If you have to return a piece from a combo pack, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted. If there is a manufacturing issue, or if you have any other query regarding this, you can email us on [email protected].
You can opt to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing the order.
You will not be able to cancel your order if it has already been processed.
To cancel the order before it is processed please write an email to us with your order ID and reason for cancellation. Upon cancellation, the amount will be refunded to your original mode of payment within 7-14 working days.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Gift cards/vouchers are non-refundable.
Gift wrapping charges will not be refunded if goods are returned. Also, we will not be able to gift wrap any replacements you have asked for.
To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to masks, boxers, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts and socks. Shop NFT Merch may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.
For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into a particular bank account shared by the customer.
Shipping and COD charges for original orders are not refundable.
